How to Manage Users on Microsoft 365


Logging into Microsoft 365

To edit, update or delete email accounts on Office 365/Outlook,
the first thing you want is to login to the Adminstator Dashboard.

To do that click on the following link to login to Office 365.
Then click on Sign In at the top right.

You should see the following:



Login by entering your email and password

Once you are logged in you will see the Adminstator dashboard.




Click on the Admin Icon




Managing Users on Microsoft 365

This page will be you administation page to manage all of the Users/Email Accounts.



Scroll down to see all the users on your platform.



To edit or make changes to a user,
simply click on the name of the user you wish to edit and 
a settings popup for that user will appear on the right. 



As you can see in the screenshot above, you can see options for:
- resetting password
- blocking user
- deleting the user
as well as options for editing thier information such as email, first name last name etc.


There is also a tab for Licenses and apps on this setting is for managing Microsoft licenses,
so if you ever have to remove a license off a user simply click on the Licenses and apps ,
uncheck the liscence and click on Save Changes






Managing Licenses on Microsoft 365

To controll the number of Licenses being issued and paid for,
You want to click on the Billing -> Licenses



And you will see the following:



To edit the License click on the license you wish to edit
You will see the following: 
After that click on the blue link that says "Manage subscription details"



From there you will be brought to a page where you can manage and edit the number of licenses being paid for.
