Install Intl PHP Package for successful installation.
Software > EasyApache 4 > Currently Installed Packaged > Click on Customize > PHP Extensions > Search for "intl" and toggle the slider blue to activate the extension.
Note: Activate for the corresponding PHP version. On
Then click on Review > Provision
After that wait until installation to complete.
Now Stackposts should be working now.
